- mschuster91 3y agoWho else? "Testing the waters" is a tried and proven MO of modern Russia, a tactic that worked wonders in Libya, Syria and a bunch of other places.
- barbazoo 3y ago"Who else" would not hold up in a court of law, you need evidence. Besides, remember "Iraq has WMDs", better go into the next war with actual evidence.
