  Has anyone good a decent summary of the likely series of events, ideally from a good source? My understanding of it is very confused and the series of finger pointing exercises has left me baffled at who is likely to blame. I have followed along but it’s not at all clear to me who is to blame.

    I feel it's down to two suspects: 1. The US said they would do it, then did it 2. Ukraine did it, because most European intelligence agencies believe this to be true.
