What has changed in Berlin since the 90s that allowed for the market to shift to landlord’s favor?
- RandomLensman 3y agoIt has gotten a lot more attractive to people with money, really (a lot of culture, food, etc.), more government departments and associated things there, too.
- konschubert 3y agoGermany was unified and half a million people moved in. At the same time, Berlin’s Degrowth mentality has prevented sufficient investment into construction
