  What year was it manufactured? Manuals seem to be from 2016. That's a bit earlier than I'd expect this kind of behavior (not conclusive of anything. Just an observation). Do you have a firmware date?

    Current firmware is N1901041316 I do not have a manufacturer date but it would have been purchased in 2019 or later.
