Well, you can read it ("MINUS ONE") on the front of the house if you zoom in on the StreetView photo. And the Royal Mail recognises it (try pasting "minus one, clacton" into https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode).
Though it may be a house name rather than a number.
