It's Past Time to Ban Right-on-Red

I'd like to understand how many pedestrian and cyclists deaths are due to ROR, how many are due to huge vehicles with poor visibility, and how many are due to people talking and texting on phones while driving. I wouldn't mind banning ROR, but I sort of hate it when people focus on a minor cause of a problem and ignore larger causes.
