Not really. There is nothing implicit at all. It was a very simple statement: People self-*'ing does not automatically equal and/or lead to "pure chaos." Yes, there are concerns. Unfortunately, Wired's hyperbole has more to do with their own revenue and profits than it does with the issue itself.
