I wonder what their trade-offs are for not supporting games. It seems to have everything. Maybe the 6-dof spatial tracking isn't good enough.
- verdverm 3y agoThey are 100% focused on work applications, so devoting developer time to supporting that is not in their roadmap. They say they will not lock it down and will support community modding. There are also differences in optics. Game headsets tend to have fewer pixels at the edge, and iirc, they want to have optics optimized for work use cases.
