It sounds like you should start your own company. I can't think of a situation where an early stage startup will want to hire someone to have a significant influence over the product strategy to the degree that it sounds like you're looking for.
- adrianhoward 15y agoThen it's an education issue - just like the technical co-founder vs "just hiring some developer" has been an education issue. I'm seeing more business folk "get" the technical issue now that everybody has been hammering on about it for a few years. Less so on the design side.
