how do they have so much money for advertising?
- lozenge 3y agoInvestors? It could be a strategy by the Chinese government to cut out the non Chinese retail companies and distributors that take 35%-70% of the revenue from each product.
- throwaway2990 3y agoVery little money goes to sellers. Sellers in China complain they are forced to lower prices or risk being kicked off the platform. The profit margins for sellers basically don’t exist while Temu aims for #1 shopping app spot.
