Until those marketplaces start being held liable for scams there is no incentive for them to care since they take a cut of the proceeds. On the other hand I'm not sure what's scammy about this? As far as I know selling something for a huge margin is not in itself a scam?

They don't actually sell the expensive stuff, they scam people with other plants
