Yeah, I'd chalk this up to poor management. Any manager who doesn't listen to "hey, you have a serious problem here" isn't doing their job.

- DanLivesHere 15y agoGood managers realize that it's their job to make those people reporting to them happy. Bad managers believe that it's their job to make the people they report to happy. There are many more bad managers than good ones.
