- sgbeal 3y agoRe. large files: fossil inherits sqlite's limit of 32-bit signed integers for blobs, so 2GB. Fossil's own developers (myself included) have never come anywhere near that limitation in everyday SCM use.
- kstrauser 3y agoMercurial is still actively developed.
- rebolek 3y agoAnd its interface makes more sense than Git.
- charcircuit 3y agoAnd with sapling, a fork of Mercurial, it is network compatible with git so you can get around git and github's network effect
