But just to clarify: a DVD loaned by a library doesn't fall under a "personal collection", right? It seems like it would be hard to argue Fair Use if you're ripping a loaner.
- acidburnNSA 3y agoTrue for real libraries. But little free libraries I mention are little neighborhood boxes with free stuff in them that you can take for keeps, at which it becomes part of your personal collection.
