Ubiquitous made little sense to me. Proper works much better in French I presume. Not much in the way of clear justification or examples, just a list of things. Altogether, some OK ideas, but quite generic and insufficient/incomplete. Coupled with the conversational marketing style, on the whole, frustrating. Keep thinking and writing.
