  Do you have a guarantee that you'll be able to next month? How about if you want/need to move and get a new landlord? The point being that no landlord or merchant or individual has any legal obligation to accept crypto as "money" and can refuse any time they want. For all intents and purposes, crypto is monopoly money backed by greed and delusional thinking.
