and anyway git-worktree is basically this workflow wrapped in nicer UX
- pythonaut_16 3y agoWorktrees are super useful to avoid interrupting your work in progress when you need to load another branch to help someone debug something.
- ornornor 3y agoHa. I typically stash and checkout the other branch or commit a wip that I’ll undo when I’m back and checkout the other branch.
