- Probiotic6081 3y agoexactly. if it's just about helping your son fall asleep that should be plenty and not waste any unnecessary energy!
- malfist 3y agoIt's not just energy. There's been some research showing that people who sleep all night, every night with white noise suffer hearing loss. I prefer to have my sleep sounds go off after a while for that reason
