It can actually help with that, counting drinks is an important aspect of Sinclair. If you make it super easy/intuitive with widgets and such and have the privacy "Checkmark" meaning "no data collected", you got a paid Sinclair method assistant app.
Add in a dose- drink timer/alarm (90 minutes)
