I moved from KiCad to Altium: Altium is 100x slower, but I am substantially more productive. KiCad desperately needs a stackup-aware constraints system, differential impedance/trace width computation, multi-trace routing, etc. in the same way that Altium has. I wish I had time to add the features I want: KiCad is so much more pleasurable to use on average.
