Ask HN: Properties of a Production Service

What are the most useful nonfunctional properties that any service would benefit from? For the purposes of this thread, let's assume that the cost of development is not an issue. After all, well designed software can be reused at virtually no cost. Observability? Backups? Data import and export? Authorization, multitenancy? Admin UI? Clients in all languages?
