It's worth asking if the service fee is actually a gratuity or not. If it's not listed as a gratuity, then legally the owner can be taking a cut.

- kstrauser 3y agoIf it’s not a tip, that should be illegal as hell. It’s just a way to have higher prices without advertising them as higher up front.
