Are you suggesting that ethnic Han is in fact second-class citizen in China (possibly behind Caucasian)?

Something similar is happening in India and has been the case in Russia for some time. There is a sense of possession of everyone of the ethnicity running through the authoritarian streak in these cultures that justifies almost any action by the state against is "own" people.
- jokethrowaway 3y agoThat's true in a lot of places. The best advantages are for the foreigners. It's a good rule to live in a country you don't have a passport in. Worst case scenario you just leave and they won't care about you that much (unless you're a criminal).
