Unity is proprietary? Really?
- DanBC 15y ago"proprietary - Of or relating to an owner or ownership." Unity is developed by Canonical. Canonical "owns" Unity. It is a frustrating choice of word, considering "proprietary" has a generally more specific meaning within computing. (more closed, trademarked, protected, etc.)
