Firstly, thank you for sharing your experience. It's not an easy thing to do, especially when sharing vulnerability, so kudos to you for doing it. Secondly, the market is in a different place than we were before. We are in a high inflation, high interest rate, hostile de-globalising world - and job seekers need to draw a sharp line on everything they understood about the job market from before Q1 2022. This means that achieving an equivalent FAANG level job in terms of compensation, work conditions etc is unlikely, and unfortunately, we need to adjust expectations accordingly. Thirdly, practical advice: get some written references or video testimonies from your colleagues and former bosses. These should be made available to the interviewing employer at the beginning of the process - link to them in your resume etc. If you find interviewing and assessments challenging, I think that providing alternative evidence of your capability would be the first thing to do. Finally, you are not alone. Lot of very talented people are in the same boat, we're all bobbing around in this systemic reset. Good luck
