Job Boards Are Terrible

  What happened in the past few years? All job boards have eroded in quality - I am an engineering & product leader and I get fed sponsored jobs on LinkedIn for marketing internships. WTF? I was so frustrated that a few weeks ago I spent a ton of money on a new domain and built a new job board only for newly-opened product roles at YC startups (currently track 4500+ YC startup job boards for daily changes). I'd love to have a single place where I can search and filter all jobs, but at least this approach filters for 1) top startups, and 2) actually live jobs vs stale postings Anybody else annoyed by this?

    Job boards are terrible so you built a job board? Not sure if you really are trying to have a discussion or are just fishing for people to say "show us your board!" as a means to launch a side project. And if it is the latter, just post it as a 'Show HN' - such things are welcome.
