I can see merit in such a system. I can also see that it makes it much easier for companies to act badly. I also think that if you're bringing in temps there needs to be a mandated standard for providing the information they need--something that's always going to be the same in any facility. And I think we need to get serious about creating/enforcing staffing ratios and put in place work hour limitations like transportation workers have.
