- sph 3y agoThen you level up to an actual senior engineer and understand that while issues are infinite, you don't have to solve every one of them. Your goal is to identify the smallest set of issues to solve to reach a goal, and that is a problem of exponential complexity outside the reach of machines, as long as P≠NP. Programming is to software engineering what knowing music theory is to be a composer. LLMs might replace the mechanical aspect of our job, but that was the easy part all along.
