Adobe Express White Screen

I am hoping someone will point me in the right direction, I recently created a video project with Adobe Express and came back two days later to edit and finish the video but now I can't launch the web browser app, every time I get a white screen, nothing will load, Is anybody else experiencing this or is it just me? I am using win 11
