Chrome/Linux instead of GNU/Linux?
- mdwalters 3y agoRemember, GNU is a collection of packages. ChromeOS still has GNU utilities built in, therefore, it is still running on GNU/Linux. Now, if Google made a GNU replacement, then the ChromiumOS kernel would have been named Chromium/Linux, or Chrome/Linux.
