Make sure your app has a good native dark mode and I won't theme anything.
- stalfosknight 3y agoYes, exactly this. I'm on macOS but 99% of the time I feel the need to mess around with the appearance of a website or application or something it's because it is blindingly bright white instead of reading the room (or my dark mode setting, as it were).
- friend_and_foe 3y agoA black theme. Black. Not dark gray, not slightly teal, black. Flat, everything, solid black but interactive elements and text. I used an app on my phone recently that had an AMOLED option, clearly labelled AMOLED, that was gray. These people are crazy.
