  If you read that, the aircraft in question aren't fake. They just aren't assembled in Kamov's original factory. They somehow managed to get enough parts and enough assembly line knowledge (probably from reading the service manual) to assemble their own. The crackdown on this was more about protecting profit margins of other helicopter factories, not a concern about "fake aircraft"

    Without original factory quality control, it's the same as a complete fake to me.
