What a clickbait title. It has nothing to do with physics or science. The guy happened to be a physicist, and was in charge of building renewable energy. So he took out loans to finance the project. Saved you the wasted time reading this.
- codersfocus 3y agoHe didn’t take out loans. He offered guaranteed rates to international private companies say they would finance the infrastructure instead.
- Our_Benefactors 3y agoIt still has nothing to do with physics or science. I don't care to read about financial instruments when the title implies some sort of scientific breakthrough.
