Can you find companies that are doing pro-lgbt+ advocacy work and need SWEs? Or non-profits that need SWEs? Some non-profits pay well, but it might not be up to your previous level. Rights groups and non-profits may be best bets right now.
- halfoutcloset 3y agoThis is a really good suggestion, and I haven't thought of this. I do worry though about the rest of my career, but you're right about this.

- halfoutcloset 3y agoI guess I'd like to add to your first part that private companies that promote it can vary wildly between great, and just shameless promotion. I guess I'm paranoid because my last company just wanted to show that they were "inclusive"
