I don’t think you need a “study” for example when Elm has no runtime exceptions. That’s an entire class of bugs plain impossible to express (bar a few contrived examples)
- pharmakom 3y agoElm does have runtime errors. It doesn’t statically analyze division by zero, for example.
- myaccountonhn 3y agoI know that, its what I meant with bar a few contrived examples. In practice you dont really run into them like youd run into runtime issues in Javascript.
- Rapzid 3y agoSome might call divide by zero a classic runtime error.
