I just had a thought. You just described the strategy they used to grow Xbox to what it is today.

    I've been puzzling as to why I was downvoted on this. I finally came across some numbers. Microsoft dropped more than $10 billion on the Xbox before it ever turned a dime in profit (that's operating loss -- not including acquisitions.
