Same could've been said for Java right? Not saying Kotlin is perfect (it certainly shared some JVM problems like statics not being mockable, therefor needed DI

Same could've been said for Java right? Not saying Kotlin is perfect (it certainly shared some JVM problems like statics not being mockable, therefor needed DI everywhere in a testable codebase), but it sure did improve a the DX lot.
