As someone that’s actively developing a tool to help tailor resumes to job descriptions, I’ve found it to be a boon to my callbacks, if done correctly with care. Frankly, as someone that’s had a bit of a rough time getting through screens, it’s super demoralizing to put honest effort into applications only to get an insta-rejection.
