The "Meditations" referred to in the list seems to be the work by Marcus Aurelius in the raw data (available at the bottom of the page): not Descartes -- presumably -- "Meditations on First Philosophy". It was just a spot check -- not exhaustive. Also many who refer to Descartes in the raw data, do so regarding other works. I think this is an interesting mistake.
