Venting About Startup Legal Struggles – Share Your Experience

As a startup, it's pretty tough to hire a lawyer or consult with a lawyer for your everyday questions. Also, creating legal documents and reviewing them with a lawyer seems to be very costly, mainly if you are a bootstrapped company. I know there are template providers out there who provide static templates, but they will probably not be compliant or tailored for your business. What are some other legal issues you'll have running your business? I'm very interested to know your perspectives.
