We use todoist synced with Alexa through ifttt. For the more complicated things we use clickup so I can get all into the details and he just gets a list or an email once a day with any tasks! 1password team account since it was cheaper when I signed up. We don't bother with shared a calendar anymore, we kept missing events, so we just send invites to each other. Occasionally we'll have a shared apple note but that process is painful to get setup! Still looking into a good solution for notes tbh Evernote would have been perfect but I've lost trust in them tbh
