Nah, China been carrying the west but now they're too hostile , developing a lot, aging and need the west less. The west in the meantime can't figure out how to migrate to the globalsouth due to bad history and incompatible world views. They can give jobs to others in the west but that means less profit. Either governments force change in one direction or capitalism does.
