You could initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or bank for non-delivery of services paid for.
- jjgreen 3y agoLike you're going to do a chargeback for "X premium", oldest trick in the book ...
- DamonHD 3y agoWhy not? The money will be refunded, it'll cost X significant effort and fees, and the bank / scheme starts to accrue black marks against X. Even Musk probably doesn't want to start receiving snippy letters from the major card schemes...
- jjgreen 3y agoBecause it's "X premium". The oldest trick in the book is to advertise an "Anal ticker, send cheque for £10 payable to Personal Services Ltd." in a porn magazine, cash the cheque then send a cheque for £10 back on the account "Anal Ticklers Ltd", sorry we ran out. No-one cashes the cheque out of embarrassment.
