Oracle cloud are one of the worst cloud providers out there from my experience, I wanted to give it a try a couple weeks ago, and after going through the signup process and adding the payment method, phone number, etc., I kept getting an error message, so I sent email to the customer support, and after days I received this short text: “Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this or process the transaction. This is all the information we can provide.” That’s it.. there’s no way I will trust such a cloud provider with anything production with such horrible support.
