Interesting. I'm sure the photos don't do the end result justice though: the apple mush looks disgustingly vomity, despite the recipe sounding quite delicious.

- nlunbeck 3y agoI'm wondering if the end result is just fine if you cube the apples instead. Something a little more crisp, but maybe not a tarte anymore at that point?
