1-3 hour Timezone difference is nothing
- mceachen 3y agoAbsolutely agreed. It's 10+ hour differences that can be rough for everyone involved--async communication is low bandwidth, and it can be brutal and erosive for either party to get up early or stay up late just to have some common work hours.
