Specifically Mandarin. I'm learning Cantonese and one problem I have with these apps is that they are all just apps. If I'm on my laptop, I don't have access to the same resources. For example, Pleco is a great dictionary. I can bookmark entries and create collections, but I can't access any of that on my PC. I constantly bounce between phone and laptop.
