It doesn't matter if Hanks consents if he has an agreement with an agent who can give consent for his image and likeness on his behalf. This is like the whiney musicians who say "I don't approve of the use of my music for {insert excuse here}." Go read your contracts: you signed away a lot of your rights in exchange for money! Now cash your royalty checks and shut the hell up!
