This looks like a scam.
- LispSporks22 3y agoMy first thought also. The refresh rate has got to be shit and the kid holding the phone and scrolling the eInk just smells of false advertising.
- pjerem 3y agoWhy ? Bigme already have an history of e-ink based products and the proposition is not that new : Dasung and Onyx are already proposing E-ink monitor in the same price range. To be honest, I even fail to see what is new in the Bigme proposition vs the Onyx Mira for instance. But I don’t see this as a scam. Except that they carefully avoid talking about refresh rate but it’s now easy to judge the Onyx Mira Pro and Dasung monitors refresh rates on YouTube reviews : they are mostly garbage and they require you to adjust your workflow but then again nothing new here.
