Since the commercial is for a product you have to pay, I think there is no way you they can say the training data (movies) are used under fair use.

- zirgs 3y agoWhat about movie trailers and other promo material? Why shouldn't I train AI on something that they shove in my face every time I go to the cinema?
- dagmx 3y agoRegardless of training data or AI, they don’t have rights to his likeness.
- _trampeltier 3y agoOf course not, but until now, everybody use public data for AI training and just say it's fair use.
